The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant has mastered the design and production of ship furniture. At present, three sets of ship furniture for boats of the special service of Rostransnadzor have been manufactured.

KMZ produces furniture for residential, public, sanitary and medical premises. Deck chairs and tables are designed according to the basic principles of ergonomics and aesthetics. For example, when developing a sketch of furniture for a cabin, the designer divides the available space into several functional zones: work, rest and communication zones. All functional areas are logically interconnected and are a single, integral composition.

In the manufacture of ship furniture, the rational use of space is of great importance. This problem is solved by properly selected fittings. Depending on the purpose of the room and its configuration, the furniture is equipped with mechanisms for parallel, diagonal and side opening of facades. Particularly popular are fittings with fixing the facade and closers.
