The repair includes the implementation of upgraded modifications according to the manufacturer's lists. Also, 100% replacement of parts, restoration of galvanic coatings, landings, non-destructive methods of testing parts, restoration of spraying of sealing covers, replacement of bearings, repair of fuel and oil system units, repair of electrical equipment, frames, and containers for gas turbine engines.

To do this, KMZ LLC uses special technological equipment, such as a rolling mill for docking / undocking, a specialized stand for centering the rotor of a gas turbine engine, a balancing machine, a vertical stand for disassembling gas turbine engines, as well as machines for processing turbine parts and special tools. works, tests are carried out on a special stand, which allows you to check all repaired components and parts under load. All this allows us to perform high-quality maintenance and repair of gas turbine engines. Also, KMZ LLC has sets of working, design documentation, including technical specifications for manufacturing and repair.
