The production of vertical tanks is carried out by two main methods: rolling and sheet assembly.

When rolled, the bottom, wall and roof of the structure are delivered to the site separately, in the form of welded panels rolled into a roll. With this method, assembly time is significantly reduced. Indeed, in this case, welding of vertical tanks is carried out automatically, using special equipment and in the factory.

During sheet assembly, sheets are produced at the plant, which are brought disassembled to the installation site. And already on the site, the tanks are assembled, and welding is carried out on site. This method is more time consuming.
