The foundry is equipped with the latest melting equipment and a laboratory for express analysis of alloys. This allows the use of various types of casting and the manufacture of industrial castings from bronze, brass, cast iron of a wide range of alloys according to foundry GOSTs and OSTs. In addition, it is possible to manufacture non-standard alloys based on copper and zinc according to the specifications and technical specifications of the customer.

Foundry equipment

In its work, the Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant is guided by international quality standards: GOST R ISO 9001-2011. To meet the requirements of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, quality control of manufacturing and acceptance is carried out by the Military Representation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (VP MO RF).

For more than 5 years, the most advanced processes in the field of foundry technologies have been introduced in our production, now a new process has been mastered that allows us to produce castings without expensive pattern equipment, which not only significantly reduces costs, but also reduces the time. The basis of the activity of the foundry-thermal section is the production and supply of cast billets from high-alloy, corrosion-resistant (stainless) steels, heat-resistant alloys, precision alloys with high electrical resistance. Our products are most in demand in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, and engine building.
