The production holding "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" is a group of companies specializing in the production, repair and supply of a wide range of equipment for the military-industrial, fuel and energy complex, as well as for Rosatom enterprises in the civil sector of the economy.

The holding's enterprises produce certified RS, Hall, Matrosov and AS-14 anchors, including welded anchors for small-tonnage river fleet vessels. The weight of anchors varies from 25 to 5000 kg. Main types of manufactured anchors:

- anchor AC-14 - universal multi-purpose anchor of increased holding power, reaching 15-17 anchor masses;

- Hall anchor - an anchor of a simple design with flat paws that rotate on an axis. There are only two main parts: a spindle and a box with paws. Has a relatively small holding force;

- Matrosov anchor - one of the types of anchor with increased holding capacity. Invented in 1946 by a Soviet engineer I. Matrosov. The anchor acts on the principle of the Hall anchor, but is largely spared from its shortcomings;
